Kings Creek Retreat was approved in 2012 to host group accommodation, horsemanship clinics, wellness retreats and events. Combining agriculture, hospitality, permaculture and equestrian activities, the property is incredibly diverse for its size.

Farm stays connect people to the land. Rural farms provide the backdrop for rewarding experiences. In turn this creates a sustainable source of income that supports regenerative land management. Everyone benefits from these experiences.

BUNK CABIN - 1 Queen bed + 2 Singles. Great for those who prefer an option close to amenities.

TINY HOUSE - 1 Double bed + 1 Single Futon. Large living area plus an ensuite.

FOUR BEDROOM COTTAGE - Accommodates 2 - 6 people. Book it on Air BnB

Proposed zoning will expand permissible uses under RU4 Small Lot Rural to permit an artisan food & beverage establishment. The farm stay approval opens the ‘cellar door’ for an onsite liquor licence.

Tiny Away has approved the property for 4 x Tiny Homes with the option for an additional 2. This is an opportunity to expand the accommodation without outlaying upfront costs. Tiny Houses On Wheels (THOW’s) provide a comfortable, compact accommodation option that is ‘plug & play.’
